OneCall has been offering mobile management consulting services to small and medium businesses since January 2006. The reception from these clients indicated that there is a great need for these types of services. OneCall has saved clients anywhere from 25% to 50% in their monthly spending, created policies and methodologies, renegotiated contracts with the carriers, and provided helpdesk support to the clients’ employees.
OneCall is currently seeking funding to create software and establish value-added services to provide our clients with an end-to-end mobile lifecycle management solution. With OneCall’s End-to-End Mobile Lifecycle Management solution, our customers will:- Maximize their mobile usage while minimizing their spending
- Recognize opportunities for improvement on their mobile usage
- Learn how to align mobile technologies with their business strategies
- Receive helpdesk service for employees and customized strategic mobile policies
- Receive assistance in procuring mobile products and services
